Salary: $130,000 anually DOE

Compensation package includes:

• 401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
• 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year and 128 hours your second year. For each one (1) year of service, full-time team members will receive an additional 8 hours of PTO, with a maximum PTO accrual of 200 hours.

What Youll Do

As our Engineering Manager, youll serve as both a strategist and a mentorguiding our engineering team and partnering across the business to create custom deliverables that exceed expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of mechanical engineers
• Leading performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and professional growth planning
• Optimizing engineering workflows to increase throughput, reduce waste, and streamline handoffs with production teams
• Troubleshooting design issues with an analytical, solutions-oriented approach
• Owning the Engineering groups performance indicators and budget

What You Bring

Were looking for someone who can thoughtfully bring the efficiency, effectiveness, and drive needed to help our growing $20 million company keep up with rapidly rising demand.

You should have:

• 10+ years of combined experience in design engineering
• Deep understanding of machining and related manufacturing processes
• Experience leading and mentoring direct reports
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing design or production challenges
• A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills including the ability to hold others accountable
• Ability to guide engineers through concept development, 3D modeling, prints, tolerances, and manufacturability reviews
• A mindset focused on efficiency, quality improvement, and cost savings
• Demonstrated SolidWorks experience and fluency
• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) is preferred.
