Payroll Administrator

To support payroll operations, the full-time temporary Payroll Administrator will manage state registration requests, coordinate with Third-Party Administrators, and resolve unemployment insurance discrepancies, with the option for hybrid or fully remote work. Key responsibilities Manage and complete outstanding state registration requests for compliance across jurisdictions Coordinate with Third-Party Administrators to confirm system access and validate account setup Review and maintain payroll tax account numbers across multiple states to ensure compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5-7+ years of experience in payroll administration or related functions Familiarity with multi-state payroll tax compliance and unemployment insurance processes Experience working with payroll systems and Workday is a MUST Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills for resolving complex payroll discrepancies
