What You’ll Do Manage monthly close for assigned properties and prepare financial statements. Handle journal entries, bank reconciliations, tenant receivables, and AP/AR processing. Review monthly P&Ls, perform variance analysis, and maintain balance sheet schedules. Support lender, investor, and audit reporting requests. Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, asset management, and corporate teams. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) . 2–5 years of experience in G/L, public, or property accounting. Yardi experience highly preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a small‑team setting.
