Strategic Employee Benefits Specialist

Rocky Mountain Human Services is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage enrollment, eligibility and billing for employee benefits. You will maintain records, ensure compliance, and provide excellent customer service to staff and vendors. The role requires strong knowledge of benefits programs, ability to analyze plans, and timely coordination of COBRA, leaves, and claims.
