Sr. FP&A Analyst, Operations / Site Finance

Location: Crawfordsville, IN

Comp: $81K–$117K

I’m partnering with a growing Fortune 500 industry leader that is adding finance talent across multiple locations after a recent acquisition.

This role will support a manufacturing site with budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, reporting, and business partnership. It’s a great fit for someone who wants to be close to operations and help leaders understand what is driving results.

What you’ll focus on:

Bottom-up monthly forecasts and annual budgets
Weekly and monthly reporting packages
KPI and variance analysis
Cost savings, profitability, and efficiency opportunities
Business partnership with functional and operational leaders

Ideal background:

3+ years of finance, FP&A, accounting, or operational finance experience
Strong P&L knowledge
Experience supporting forecasts, budgets, and management reporting
Ability to work cross-functionally and explain financial results clearly

Strong company, strong leadership team, and real internal growth potential.
