Head of Strategy

Overview Our client is seeking a Head of Strategy to lead the creation of new capital markets businesses built on blockchain and digital asset infrastructure. This is a venture creation and product strategy role responsible for taking new business concepts from ideas through business case, go-to-market strategy, pilot execution, and successful handoff to an operating team. Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new blockchain and capital markets business opportunities from concept through launch readiness. Develop comprehensive business plans, go-to-market strategies, operating models, and financial roadmaps for new ventures. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Business Development to execute pilots and validate product-market fit. Present recommendations to executive leadership, manage stage-gate decisions, and drive ventures through early commercialization before transitioning to dedicated leadership. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in product strategy, business strategy, corporate development, or venture creation within digital assets, blockchain, fintech, or capital markets. Demonstrated success launching or scaling new products or business lines, including building business cases, securing stakeholder buy-in, and delivering measurable results. Strong understanding of digital asset ecosystems, tokenization, DeFi, capital markets infrastructure, and the regulatory considerations surrounding financial products. Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Optimus - People.
