Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm Benefits Competitive salary earn up to $22.25 an hour Medical, Dental & Vision plans Retirement 401K Savings Plan Generous Vacation Plan Paid Time Off Tuition Reimbursement Internal Growth Opportunities Positive work environment Regular staff appreciation and recognition OnShift Scheduling App to help manage your shifts Job Description Assess the residents’ needs and assist in developing and following individual care plans Assure quality care is delivered through the utilization of CMA processes and guidelines Identify and communicate changes in residents’ status to physicians, staff, and family members Administer medications, and other direct care as prescribed and indicated Communicate appropriate information to all staff to provide a smooth shift transition Report any suspected abuse to appropriate authority Document appropriately as needed or required in PCC Push/pull 30 pounds of force required to move medication carts and to transport residents in wheelchair Qualification Certified Medication Aide certification for Iowa Current CPR certification Pillar of Cedar Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
