Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) located in Silverdale, Washington. This position involves providing care within a birthing center and Mother Baby unit, supporting both routine and high-risk obstetric patients. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Silverdale, Washington
• Schedule: 12-hour nights shifts (Friday and Saturday), every other weekend, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications; minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing. Candidates with 1 year of experience will be considered if multiple prior travel experiences are documented. Willing to wait for license verification.
• Additional Information: Rotate in with permanent staff; experience with EPIC electronic medical records system; willing to accommodate unit workflows, policies, procedures, and feedback.
• Experience or 'Must Have' Skills: Must have labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP) experience; capable of attending deliveries independently, circulating in cesarean sections, assisting with catching and transitioning babies; comfortable titrating drips such as Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin; ability to function in both mother-baby and postpartum units, including low-risk delivery support and neonatal transition.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC EMR; prior travel experience highly regarded.
• Other Job-Related Information: No floating outside the designated department; scrub attire provided; 8-hour unit-specific orientation and EPIC training; references required: 2 years for each submission.
