Registered Nurse - PACU - Days

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 Position Registered Nurse, full‑time, with required travel to Evanston, Glenbrook and Highland Park Hospitals. Schedule Start times between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.; 8‑hour shift based on start time. Monday through Friday with rotating call schedules. Responsibilities Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations on a specific unit. Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care. Include patient and family in the plan of care as appropriate. Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice. Assume the responsibility, accountability, and authority for outcomes of nursing care and make decisions based on therapeutic relationships with patients. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care. Communicate and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Qualifications Graduate of a state‑approved school of nursing; BSN preferred. IL RN license, CPR, BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
