Opportunity: Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

Weekend shift coverage needed every Saturday and Sunday, 8 or 12 hours depending on department needs

Daytime shift available as 5 x 8-hour shifts

Challenging acute cases with a collaborative team of MDAs and CRNAs

Up-to-date equipment and safety measures in place

Surgical specialties include GYN, Ortho, Cysto, General Surgery, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro Spine, Healthy Peds, Endo, and OB (no regional required)

2-5 patient encounters per shift with 27 beds in department

Board certification required at minimum Certified level

Required certifications include ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS

Trauma Level 3 facility

Required skills include General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric, and Trauma), Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases (Spine), Open Heart Anesthesia, Thoracic Cases, Complex Vascular Cases, Complex Orthopedic Cases, Ventilation Management, Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues, and Arterial Line Placement

Central Line Placement preferred

CRNA supervision required

30-minute lunch will be deducted from time worked per day
