Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP licensure (CCC required)
• Experience in a school-based SLP role, preferably with knowledge of ECATS documentation systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and individual student growth
• Experience delivering speech and language services to diverse student populations

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring in accordance with IEP and state guidelines
• Maintain meticulous records using ECATS and other school-based systems
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and special services teams to optimize outcomes for students
• Attend meetings (case conferences, planning, eligibility) as needed via in-person or Zoom
• Deliver services across multiple school sites as determined
