Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Minimum of school-based SLP experience, with strong understanding of IEP development and student-centered practices
• Proficiency with ECATS or similar educational case management systems
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Familiarity with current best practices in speech-language pathology within educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse student caseload
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and family members, to support student achievement
• Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records as required by school guidelines and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide ongoing consultation, and adapt strategies to individual student needs
• Stay current with professional standards and state-mandated policies for school-based SLPs
