Sales Director

A rapidly evolving organization in the compliance services and regulated products space is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a major commercial transformation. This leader will modernize a high-volume inbound engine, build new outbound capabilities, elevate account management, and shape a performance-driven sales culture across U.S. and offshore teams. About the Role The Director of Sales will oversee a multi-motion sales organization that manages more than 1,000 inbound leads per month, supports 30,000 existing customers, and is preparing to scale significantly. This role blends sales leadership, operational excellence, and change management - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, highly regulated environments. What You’ll Lead Inbound Sales & SDR Teams: Optimize workflows, improve conversion, and strengthen compliance-aligned engagement. Outbound Sales Build-Out: Launch new SDR and hunting teams, establish outbound motions into healthcare B2B markets, and integrate AI-enabled sales tools. Account Management: Create scalable processes for retention, upsell, and cross-sell across a large customer base. Talent Strategy: Recruit top performers, upgrade existing talent, and build a high-performance culture. Multi-Site Leadership: Manage U.S. and offshore teams with consistent operating rhythms and unified processes. Key Responsibilities Shift a historically inbound-focused team toward proactive outbound engagement. Design and implement structured sales operating systems and AI-driven tools. Build incentives, playbooks, and customer-touch frameworks for account management. Support daily customer escalations and problem-solving. Partner closely with executive leadership, product, operations, and technology teams. Standardize and scale sales processes across future acquisitions.
