CNC Operator: West Bend, Wisconsin

Our customer in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking experienced individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting CNC Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring computer-controlled machines to produce precision parts while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities of the CNC Operator:

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Load materials and set up machines for production runs.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Follow technical blueprints, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow.

CNC Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent CNC operating experience.
• Proven experience with precision machining and CNC programming preferred.
• Technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Pay for CNC Operator:

$19-$20/hour, depending on experience.
