Our customer in West Bend, WI is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We're recruiting Punch Press Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Punch Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds on various metal components.

Responsibilities of the Punch Press Operator:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot robotic welding machines according to established procedures and specifications
• Inspect materials and components to ensure proper alignment and fit before welding
• Monitor welds for consistency and quality, making adjustments as needed to meet production standards
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on welding robots and related equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Record production data, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during welding operations
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of robotic welding technologies

Punch Press Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years punch press operator experience
• Previous experience as a punch press operator, advanced skilled preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and work in a variety of conditions
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Pay for Punch Press Operator: $20-25/hour, based on experience. Punch Press Operator Benefits:
