Housing Compliance Specialist - Audits & Reporting
Charities Housing Development Corporation
Charities Housing is seeking a Compliance Specialist in San Jose to conduct internal audits of tenant files, approve tenancy applications, and assist with rent/income determinations and waitlists. You will coordinate third-party audits with regulators and investors, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and adherence to program requirements.
