We'll lean on you to leverage your attention to detail and multitasking skills. You will produce monthly plant communication items, manage referral programs and personnel files, support with training and onboarding efforts, manage community and volunteer opportunities and more.Key Responsibilities:Maintains and processes a variety of confidential records including personnel files, employment data, etc.Hands-on partnership with Production Supervisor and HR team to process production paperwork, track attendance disciplines, and research grievances and complaintsRegular check-ins with employees, for general engagement purposesReport on HR metrics as neededSupport plant projects and events as needed with adherence to the plant's collective bargaining agreementHRIS, payroll, benefits, well-being and ethics support as neededQualifications:High School Diploma1-2 year's experience in a Human Resources environment, preferred but not requiredBachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not requiredProven strong ability to use independent critical thinking and decision makingDemonstrated commitment to customer service and needs of the businessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective organizational and time management skillsPassion about your workIntermediate to advanced computer skills – primarily Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
