Desktop Support Technician
AA2IT
Job Title
Location: 1301 Parkside Drive, Walnut Creek CA
Primary Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs
- Working with end-users to resolve issues
- Providing updates to management as needed
MUST HAVE:
- Field Tech experience client facing/executive customer service
- Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site
- Warranty Dell support
- Mac experience is a plus
- Certification Requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac
TOP 2 OR 3 REQUIRED SKILLS THAT CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Communications
- Hardware Break-Fix
- Installing
Work Schedule:
- M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES
- On-Call = YES
Position Type:
- Full-time hours
