Minimum Salary: $20.00 per hour.

Maximum Salary: $22.00 per hour.

Summary

The Field Execution Representative is responsible for supporting the local sales teams in optimizing in-store execution of Picture of Success elements. Success in this role requires collaboration between all cross functional partners within the Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages framework.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to a safety culture by following established health and safety policies and procedures
• Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sales as appropriate for an account
• Improve Right Execution Daily (RED) and achieve Picture of Success (PiCOS) in all accounts to grow market share and develop employees
• Support local sampling events
• Generates new business leads and Coca-Cola Freestyle Leads
• Maintain company equipment assets, ensuring all equipment 100% Coca-Cola products
• Meet the company's current merchandising standards
• Act as an Ambassador by providing customer service to consumers and store personnel
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues
• Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending reaching, and kneeling
• Merchandising and organizing company and customer owned equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have current vehicle liability insurance
• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
