Overview Our 12‑month North America Business Leadership Development Program (BLDP) cultivates high‑potential individuals to become future leaders at ofi North America. It offers fast‑track leadership experiences across our global food‑ingredient organization. Leadership Program Features Organizational onboarding covering values, operating model, and culture. Business rotations across solution platforms at corporate offices and operations facilities. Developmental support: skill‑building classes, mentorship, assessments, networking, and feedback. Capstone project addressing a high‑impact business challenge, presented to Executive Leadership. Upon Program Completion Management‑level role in key North America business areas (Business Development, Optimization, Commercialization, Marketing, Sales, Product Management). Ownership of high‑impact initiatives, including data, analytics, and AI tools. Cross‑functional influence, customer engagement, and operational priorities. Path toward P&L leadership. Application of AI, automation, and digital tools to deliver measurable results. Direct contribution to long‑term growth through commercial, operational, and innovative projects. What You’ll Bring Aptitudes and Strengths Driven and ambitious Articulate and influential Flexible and forward‑looking Analytical and solution‑oriented Entrepreneurial and team player Education and Experience Master’s degree in business management, operations, or similar (completed by hire). Work experience in business development, brand management, planning, sourcing, product management, or sales. Formal engineering study or experience preferred. Experience within food or food‑service industry a plus. Skills and Proficiencies Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. Strong self‑initiative and high‑level independent work. Leadership and analytical skills; comfortable with business data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook. Knowledge of Salesforce, ERP systems, or MRP/planning suites (e.g., Demand Caster) a plus. Worksite Details Full‑time (5 days/week) onsite presence. Multi‑week rotations at different North American worksites. Post‑program relocation within the United States. Potential locations: Bayonne, NJ; Blakely, GA; Chicago, IL; NewYork, NY; Oxnard, CA; Philadelphia Metro Area; Phoenix, AZ; Samson, AL. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $95,000‑$150,000 annually, based on position, responsibilities, and geography. Performance‑based bonuses (discretionary).
