Housekeeping Supervisor

Inspects Home Away from Home Mobile units, Cabins, and common areas daily to ensure adherence to established cleanliness standards and proper amenity and literature placement. Inspects for needed repairs, reports maintenance problems immediately and follows up to ensure completion. Trains and coaches housekeeping team members. Schedules team and work according to productivity standards and forecasted occupancy. Ensures that team members have sufficient supplies through regular supply and linen inventories; orders and receives supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Coordinates and works hand in hand with Guest Services daily to ensure special guest requests are met. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry a weight of 50lbs Must be able to work walking and or standing continuously for a period of 8 hours Team member may have to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl Team member is often required to sit and use his or her hands and fingers to handle or feel Vision abilities required by this job include close vision Team member must talk and hear.
