Regional Clinical Director

Regional Clinical DirectorCenters Health Care is looking for a Regional Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Upstate New York. The Regional Clinical Director will provide leadership, mentorship, and support to Directors of Nursing and facility teams, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and excellence in resident care.ResponsibilitiesOversee and mentor directors of nursing, clinical leaders, and nursing staff across assigned facilitiesMonitor and support compliance with DOH regulations, infection control, and survey readinessPartner with facility administrators and regional executives to address challenges and implement best practicesConduct facility evaluations and create corrective action plans when necessarySupport recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of clinical leadership staffProvide clinical expertise and serve as a resource for problem-solving and mentorshipTravel regularly across facilities in the Upstate NY regionQualificationsActive RN license in New YorkMinimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or post-acute careAt least 2 years of regional or multi-facility leadership strongly preferredStrong knowledge of NY DOH regulations, survey process, and clinical complianceProven ability to lead, mentor, and influence clinical teamsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel frequently (day and overnight) across assigned region
