About the Role:

The position is a part-time seasonal position on the food and beverage team and provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and an expert on the menu options for dinner service in the fine dining outlet.

What You Will Do:

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks and information about menu item preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system.
• Responsible for delivering and clearing guest food as well as assisting with any guest needs throughout service in a timely manner.
• Responsible for accurately closing guest checks and processing cash and credit card payments.
• Communicate with other team members for support and accuracy of table service delivery.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years server experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant setting required.
• Good communication skills are a necessity for this role.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a part-time seasonal position.
• A successful candidate will have the ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
