Project Manager

Manage multiple client projects simultaneously Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations Act as primary client contact and manage expectations Identify and mitigate risks, handle objections and manage to set scope, budget timelines, and priorities Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making both internally and externally Maintain detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery while keeping all stakeholders informed of status, risks, tradeoffs Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies Coordinate cross-functional teams Ensure quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail Support PMO standards, reporting, and governance Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities within Professional Services processes and workflows Lead the design, development, and rollout of improved internal processes, templates, and standards Own and drive cross-departmental initiatives that advance the Professional Services organization's scalability and effectiveness Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to align on delivery standards and improve the customer journey Requirements 4+ years SaaS or implementation PM experience Based within an hour's drive of Trenton, NJ, with the ability to travel to state agencies up to twice a week Proven ability to successfully manage multiple client engagements Strong organization, communication and stakeholder management Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Accelo, Jira, etc.) Exceptional attention to detail and emotional intelligence Demonstrated experience identifying and mitigating project risks Exposure to government customers and operations strongly preferred Demonstrates expertise in managing multiple client projects and leading end-to-end SaaS implementations while ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication. Proficient in applying Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies to enhance project delivery and improve internal processes.
