Scrum Master

Scrum MasterSeeking an experienced Scrum Master to partner with program leadership on a high-priority transformation initiative focused on redefining CRM workflows and driving full ownership of solution delivery. This role will lead cross-functional teams in defining clear data and UI requirements to enable intuitive, insight-driven pre-call and post-call experiences with minimal friction for field users. The ideal candidate will guide agile execution from requirement refinement through wireframing, ensuring solutions support structured planning, seamless execution, effective follow-up, and reduced administrative burden. Experience leveraging modern data and AI-driven frameworks is preferred to deliver scalable, user-centric outcomes in a dynamic environment.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and engage stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, assess risks, and develop solutions.Proficient in Jira and PPM software.Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsPharma GxP software development experience preferred.Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP).Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesOrganize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Assist the team in defining sprint goals, planning tasks, and estimating effort for each sprint.Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to understand and adopt Scrum methodologies.Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of projects.Facilitate sprint retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable plans to enhance team performance.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team performance and project progress.Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.Company Benefits & CultureComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.Opportunities for professional development and certification reimbursement.Supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
