IT Project Manager

Project Test ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Project Test Manager for a hybrid position (3 days per week) with a Global Financial Institution located in Newark, DE, Charlotte, NC, or Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.As the Project Test Manager, you will be the single point of contact leading testing for large or multiple small to medium scale projects within Consumer Technology. In this role, you will be a core member of the project team, working directly with Technology, Business, and QA leads and managers to develop and drive the testing strategy and ensure production readiness.Responsibilities:Develop and drive testing strategyManage all testing efforts to ensure Production ReadinessParticipate and hold accountability in all phases of testing deliverables, including planning, data, testing goals, script creation, script execution, traceability, defect management, and implementation supportEnsure the project's adherence to all Enterprise Testing StandardsCommunicate regularly with Senior Leaders via project meetings and status reportsRequirements:5+ years of Project Test Management or related skills on large-scale effortsAbility to create a Test Strategy across multiple platforms and applicationsSystem Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge (Agile and Waterfall)Expertise with Agile tools (Jira), Q-Test, and ALM OCTANEProven leadership ability and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadershipStrong attention to detailExperience in Software Testing including Development, Unit, SIT, UAT/BAT, End to End, and PPVAgile and Waterfall Methodology experienceProject management/PMP and Enterprise Testing Standards knowledge/PMO backgroundDesired skills:Consumer banking or wealth management application/line of business knowledgeProgram management leadershipPay range: $52.10 - $60.10 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
