Warehouse Inbound Outbound Associate (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Location: Brookshire, TX Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Additional Availability: Sundays, weekends, and overtime may be required based on operational needs. Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. You are responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory records, and managing critical shipping documentation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and are committed to maintaining accuracy across all administrative functions across all warehouses. Key Responsibilities Perform daily data entry and transaction processing within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Prepare, review, and verify shipping and receiving documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, invoices, and customs paperwork Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations Monitor, verify, and correct mixed boxes, pallets, and shipment discrepancies Generate reports related to inventory, shipments, receiving activity, and warehouse performance Coordinate with carriers, vendors, customers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely and accurate order processing Communicate shipment status, inventory issues, and operational updates with warehouse personnel and management Perform daily labeling and relabeling activities to support inventory accuracy and customer requirements Maintain organized filing systems, scan documents, and ensure proper record retention Provide administrative and operational support to warehouse leadership as needed Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards Qualifications Minimum 1 2 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or 3PL experience preferred Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data entry functions Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience supporting international or overseas warehouse operations is a plus Bilingual Spanish/English required Education High School Diploma or GED required What We’re Looking For Successful candidates are highly organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining accuracy across all aspects of warehouse operations.
