Location: Houston, Texas (South Houston) — this is a full-time, fully on-site position where you’ll collaborate closely with an experienced litigation team. Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have at least 2 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, including first or second chair trial experience. Job Description Independently manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from filing through trial. Handle motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and other personal injury matters. Develop litigation strategy and evaluate claims. Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations. Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials. Serve as first or second chair at trial. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver outstanding client representation. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the litigation process. Qualifications Active Texas Bar license. 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. First or second chair trial experience required. Experience independently handling litigation files. Strong deposition, negotiation, and courtroom skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Organized with strong case management skills.
