Construction Associate – Remote (FL License Required) Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a Construction Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Construction Business Unit. The attorney can work remotely from anywhere in the US but must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida bar. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills: Courtroom experience, including motion practice, and deposition experience Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $185,000 – $205,000 (DOE) Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA/FSA options Short- and long-term disability Life insurance 401(k) Paid vacation and sick time Parking or public transportation allowance Employee Assistance Program Direct Counsel
