Duties

Manage instructor-led training courses in the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure employees can enroll in and complete required training efficiently.

Coordinate training sessions and briefings by scheduling rooms, setting up equipment, and organizing materials to support effective and timely training delivery.

Provide guidance on the SF-182 training request process by answering questions and explaining requirements to employees and managers to ensure accurate submissions.

Review SF-182 external training requests for accuracy and required documentation to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Use a government purchase card to procure training-related goods and services in accordance with federal acquisition and financial policies.
