You’ll collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals while serving 1-2 closely located school sites, each equipped with an experienced lead SLP to guide and support you. The caseload centers around elementary-aged students, providing ample variety and the chance to build lasting relationships. The position is for the 26/27 school year, with the potential for contract renewal.

Compensation for this role starts at $50 per hour, with rates increasing based on your background and experience.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Wisconsin SLP license or the ability to obtain one
• Eligible for or holding CCC-SLP, or are a CFY seeking supervision
• Experience with school-based caseloads preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome
• Passion for working with children and collaborating with educators and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students
• Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Perform screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Utilize resources and mentorship provided by the school’s lead SLP
