Our recruiters look forward to speaking with you about your background, skills, and compensation requirements.***Location:** Belton, MO **Shift:**7:00 AM-5:30 PM Thursday-Sunday**What you will do:*** Manage and lead a team of 10-12 hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environment* Assist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chains* Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or exceeding* productivity standards and cost control management* Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned area of responsibility* Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement* Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
