Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional engineering programs from initiation through successful delivery.

• Coordinate multiple teams, stakeholders, and workstreams while effectively managing interdependencies.

• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful execution.

• Facilitate communication across technical and business teams, providing regular status updates and executive-level reporting.

• Drive issue resolution and decision-making processes to minimize project impacts and maintain delivery commitments.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and governance processes throughout the program lifecycle.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams to achieve program goals.

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical background with proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional engineering programs.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, coordinate multiple teams, and handle complex dependencies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven experience in risk management, progress tracking, issue resolution, and quality assurance throughout the program lifecycle.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results in fast-paced environments.

• Experience with program management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project/program management certifications.

• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
