Salary Range: $47,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking Setup Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage production equipment and machinery according to work orders and specifications.
• Perform mechanical and electrical adjustments to ensure proper machine function and alignment.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and tests to verify equipment readiness and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor setup-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production operators and engineers to optimize setup processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
• Document setup procedures, equipment settings, and any deviations encountered.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing setup or a related field
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation
