Yard Technician / Shop Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard / Shop Laborer to support daily operations. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including material handling, general shop duties, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. Training will be provided for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform general shop duties, including cleaning and organizing work areas
• Stock, sort, and manage various materials and inventory
• Assist with yard organization and upkeep
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and skid steers (training available if needed)
• Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools and equipment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Forklift and/or skid steer experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
• CDL Class A license preferred, but not required
