Additionally, we are moving our engineering teams into a new organization, leveraging a DevOps mindset focused on delivering projects/solutions in a more efficient manner.This change is geared towards rethinking how we provide engineering support for the services we're responsible for. As a member of the Work Place Technology team, this position is responsible for providing our end users best possible solution in Email and Messaging technologies. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic and evolving global team that is driving the charge to ensure that Visa is not only the best way to pay but also the best place to work with state-of-the-art end user technology and solutions.Primary Responsibilities include:Perform Engineering and 3rd level support which includes Architect, Engineer support Email & Messaging technologies.Excellent technical knowledge in Exchange Online, Microsoft Exchange, Email gateways, Email Security solutions (Physical & SAAS solutions)Managing O365, Hybrid deployment, Compliance and Security Policies in Email/Messaging environment.Email archiving solutionsOwn and provide L3 technical support for tools related to Email / Messaging technology automation.Work with the Information Security Office to ensure solutions deployed meet Visa Security Requirements, provide technical assistance for investigation and analysis of security alerts and maintain system security.Provide technical consultancy to operations, engineering team members and end users to ensure problem resolution is achieved in the shortest possible timeframe. Document technical solutions.Communicate and liaise with all other Company departments; notify appropriate parties immediately of any issues which may affect efficient operations including, but not limited to, outages, service disruptions, and repeated customer complaints.Thinking outside the box and develop and document creative engineering solutions.Interface with customers to gather appropriate details or communications designs.Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsBasic Qualification:5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.Preferred Qualification:Minimum 5 years' work experience in relevant technologies comprising of Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Email gateways, Email security devices and SAAS solutions for Email security.Equivalent professionally qualified education and experience such as Associates or bachelor's degree in computer science or other technology field. Microsoft and / or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.High level of competence in the following: O365, Microsoft Exchange, Email Security gateways, Email Security appliances and SAAS solutions for Email security.Strong understanding or Email flow, High availability, Disaster Management and recovery, other messaging technologies such as archiving solutions.Good knowledge of understanding and implementing Email security policies.Strong analytical, interpersonal, facilitation and leadership skills along with effective oral/written communication skills.Experience of leading technology deployments on moderately complex cross regional projects, including planning, documentation, and implementation.Work closely with cross-functional teams including network engineers, cybersecurity, business user, and external financial institutions to ensure seamless integration and communicationDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environment that requires multitasking among multiple concurrent projects while also handling interruptions.Experience with network infrastructure and security principlesAbility to Multi-task and work with minimum supervision and be self-motivated.Develop automation and self-service mechanisms to reduce friction using the platform and ensure secure, efficient transfer of data between internal and external systemsMonitor performance, implement alerting, and proactively resolve errors that arise through automationAn enthusiastic positive attitude towards working in a team environment.Available outside office hours for 3rd level support.Perform related duties, as needed.U.S. Applicants OnlyThe estimated salary range for this position is $131,600.00 to $ 210,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
