Job Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide staff training and coaching
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors
• Train caregivers and professionals on behavioral techniques
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Supervise BTs and RBTs for 10-20% of client hours
• Adapt to variations in weekly schedules with flexibility

Qualifications
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
