You'll combine deep system expertise with curiosity, agility and a strong customer mindset to help QVC deliver results with speed while building for the future.Where You'll WorkThis role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our Liverpool office 2 days a week. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.What You'll DoPartner with People teams and Centres of Excellence to understand business needs and translate them into effective, scalable People Systems solutionsLead the design, configuration and delivery of enhancements across our HR systems, specially expertise in KronosProvide expert production support, resolving system and data integrity issues while ensuring strong security, privacy and governance standardsCollaborate with Technology and external vendors on integrations, testing and secure data transfersCreate clear documentation and support materials, and act as a trusted contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teamsWhat You'll BringProven experience configuring and supporting enterprise HR systems, ideally Kronos, Workday or Service NowStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with sensitive data and a clear understanding of security, privacy and governance principlesYou will understand software design, deployment and change methodologiesYou will have confidence to communicate complex technical information in a clear, accessible wayINDCORP#LI-KH2Disability Confident SchemeQVC UK is a Disability Confident Leader, level 3 accredited employer and operates a Disability Confident Scheme (“DCS”).
