Candidates can be local, drive into the market weekly, or relocate to Memphis. We need Production and Network Splicers. We would like to talk to anyone with 4 + years of outside-plant fiber splicing , aerial and pedestal experience, the ability to read prints, and experience troubleshooting complex networks. Fiber Splicer — Memphis, TN area Pay: $25–$40/hour, depending on experience- $35 to $40 is for high level Fiber Supervisor level candidates. Employment: Full-time W-2, with steady work Possible relocation or Monthly Stipend assistance for out of market candidates. Benefits:Medical, dental, disability insurance, and a 401(k) match. Requirements Must have 4+ years of splicing experience on Fiber network (not inside plant). Aerial and Pedestal (ground) experience is a must.
