Mission Electronic Services is opening a new production facility in Fort Worth, and we’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to help us build high-quality wiring harnesses and electronic control systems used on industrial diesel engines throughout North America.
Whether you already have electrical assembly experience or simply enjoy building things with your hands, we’ll provide training for motivated individuals who take pride in doing quality work.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble wiring harnesses for industrial diesel engines
- Assemble electronic control panels and equipment
- Route, label, terminate, and bundle wiring
- Install connectors, terminals, heat shrink, and loom
- Read assembly drawings and wiring diagrams
- Perform quality inspections throughout the build process
- Use hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and testing equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work with a team focused on quality and continuous improvement

Experience Preferred (Not Required)
- Electrical assembly
- Automotive wiring
- Diesel equipment
- Marine wiring
- Agricultural equipment
- Manufacturing or production assembly
- Stereo or accessory installation
- HVAC or electrical trade experience
