About the Role We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to prepare, coordinate, and manage the movement of equipment from our establishment. You will be responsible for reviewing shipment materials before distribution and collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick‑ups and delivery. You will also prepare shipping documents such as invoices and purchase orders, track orders through carriers like UPS, FedEx, and freight providers, and assist with purchasing and inventory tasks, including periodic inventory counts and audits. The ideal candidate has a hunger for maintaining a high organizational aptitude when handling the logistics of shipments. This is a full‑time, onsite position at our office located in Cerritos, CA reporting to the Logistics Assistant Manager.
