Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Illinois SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical knowledge and new graduates are welcome to apply
• Solid communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Aptitude for working with children and adolescent students of varying abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Deliver direct, group, and consultative therapy services in accordance with school policies
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development
