Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience with pediatric caseloads and familiarity with school-based settings
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to meet each student's unique needs
• Document progress, maintain detailed records, and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and administration
• Participate in team meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional growth opportunities
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ speech and language needs throughout the school community
