Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC license
• Prior experience in a school-based setting highly preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies for pediatric populations
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work collaboratively with teachers and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Monitor student progress, maintain precise documentation, and report data
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals
• Provide education and resources to families and colleagues regarding communication strategies
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district guidelines
