Customer Experience Representative

We are building a high-performance insurance agency focused on Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance. As we scale, delivering a seamless and professional client onboarding experience is critical. This role ensures every new client feels confident, informed, and taken care of from day one. Responsibilities Manage the full onboarding process for all new clients Review policies for accuracy and completeness before binding Ensure all documents, signatures, and payments are completed correctly Proactively communicate with clients during onboarding Coordinate between sales and service teams for smooth transitions Set expectations with clients on billing, coverage, and next steps Identify cross-sell and coverage gap opportunities Maintain clean and accurate CRM/agency management system records Additional Information Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License REQUIRED (or willing to obtain license) -We will provide the study materials!
