Reports to : Vice President Operations - East Work Environment : Adolescent & Young Adult Outpatient Treatment Facility Compensation : $85,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary + Up to 15% Bonus Potential & Full Time Benefits Position Overview The Site Director OPC oversees care delivery and manages Sandstone’s PHP, IOP, and other outpatient treatment programs. Responsible for the facility's success, the achievement of annual quality and financial goals, and implementation of policies. Responsibilities include administrative and clinical supervision of all direct care staff, recruitment and hiring of treatment staff, verification of professional credentials, management of peer review processes, and direct client services as needed. Occasional evenings and weekends may be necessary. Success in this Role Site Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise clinical staff effectively, ensuring adherence to treatment standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation guidelines. Program Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement treatment programs and curricula that align with evidence‑based practices and the specific needs of adolescent clients. Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulatory standards (e.g., JCAHO, BHA) and the ability to ensure program compliance. Communication and Team Collaboration: Foster a supportive environment, maintain consistent communication with staff, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team. Recruitment and Staff Development: Recruit, hire, and develop clinical staff, ensuring team members meet professional standards and receive ongoing support. Operational Effectiveness: Manage strategies to improve cost, quality, and/or service of the site. Financial Acumen: Responsible for overall performance of site KPIs and financial outcomes. Training & Experience Licensed Practitioner in the state of Maryland (or outside state with the ability to transfer). Required (LPC, LCSW‑C, or LMFT). All staff must be CPR Certified prior to beginning employment. Demonstrated clinical expertise in assessment and treatment of mood disorders and co‑occurring substance use disorders, including experience with evidence‑based interventions and integrated care approaches. Preferred experience within higher levels of care, including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), residential treatment, and/or detoxification settings. Minimum of 2–5 years of clinical experience and supervisory experience. Understanding and experience with regulatory agency compliance (e.g., State regulations and the Joint Commission) as well as program development.
