Human Resources Business Partner

Partner with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business objectives into workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent strategies Develop and execute labor relations strategies supporting operational goals, workforce stability, employee engagement, and business results Lead collective bargaining agreement negotiations, grievance administration, contract interpretation, and arbitration preparation Advise leaders on employee relations and labor relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, workplace concerns, and terminations Build and maintain relationships with union representatives Lead organizational effectiveness, change management, organizational design, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, retention strategies, and development planning Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on hiring strategies, critical talent needs, workforce planning, and internal mobility Leverage workforce analytics and talent metrics to support data-driven decisions and ensure Human Resources data integrity and reporting accuracy Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field Minimum of seven years of Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, Labor Relations Manager, or related Human Resources experience Experience supporting unionized manufacturing or industrial environments Experience leading employee relations investigations, corrective action processes, and performance management activities Strong knowledge of labor relations practices, collective bargaining agreements, grievance administration, and arbitration processes Proficiency in the National Labor Relations Act and other applicable employment laws and regulations Experience partnering with leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent development initiatives Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations Strong communication, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization Experience supporting food, ingredients, specialty chemical, manufacturing, or other regulated industrial environments Professional certification such as Certified Labor Relations Professional, Senior Professional in Human Resources, Professional in Human Resources, Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional, or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional Experience leading large-scale organizational change, culture transformation, or labor negotiations within a complex multi-site environment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in labor relations, including collective bargaining, grievance administration, and employee relations investigations. Proficient in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and leveraging workforce analytics to drive strategic HR initiatives.
