About the Role:

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure a high-quality dining experience and achieve business objectives. Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and staff supervision.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing a high-volume or multi-unit restaurant.
• Certification in food safety or hospitality management.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities:
