QC Supply is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Schuyler, Nebraska . Provide product guidance: Explain product uses, recommend options, and communicate current sales or promotions. Resolve customer concerns: Address complaints professionally by offering timely solutions, alternatives, and follow-up. Support customer confidence: Provide accurate, complete information using appropriate tools and methods, including guidance on warranties and terms of sale. Maintain service quality: Deliver respectful, solution-focused support that promotes customer satisfaction. Administration & Operations Use systems efficiently: Process transactions accurately through QCS systems, operate office equipment, and use computer software effectively. Collaborate across teams: Coordinate with colleagues and vendors as needed to support customer and business needs. Contribute to a positive workplace: Maintain a helpful, empathetic, and professional attitude while completing assigned duties. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: At least one year of customer service experience required; experience supporting sales generation is preferred. Industry Knowledge Familiarity with agriculture, related parts, and equipment is a plus. Willingness to continue building product and industry knowledge. Technical Skills Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other job-related software. Integrity and safety: Follows company values, policies, and safety and security procedures. Availability Ability to work at least 40 hours per week , with flexibility for occasional overtime.
