About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Quality Officer (CQO) to join their senior leadership team. The CQO will be a key figure in the organization, serving as a clinical strategist and champion of quality, safety, and innovation. This role is pivotal in guiding the clinical vision and ensuring alignment with the mission to deliver high-quality, value-based care. The successful candidate will lead system-wide efforts to advance clinical excellence, drive performance improvement, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Responsibilities include shaping care delivery models, leading the design and implementation of advanced data science and analytics, and being a central figure in the strategy, design, and execution of various clinical quality functions.
